Architectural Sign Systems

          

     Houser Sign Group designs and builds custom sign structures and installs them on site with some of the best skill in the business.

     We also  offer a variety of pre fabricated 3D sign structures. These sign structures are fabricated by Peachtree City Foamcraft. We are an Authorized Distributor for them and have sold & installed dozens of these over the years.

     These are made of a solid shaped polystyrene core, which is sealed with a thick layer of polyurethane, and finished with a textured acrylic finish. The exterior structures are lightweight, easy to install, and a perfect structure solution for your sandblasted and dimensional signs.  We can also custom make for lighted sign cabinets inside them.  Fully compliant with national building codes.

  1. Core of structure is molded expanded polystyrene (1#CF).
  2. Aromatic fast cure urethane, impact resistant, hard coat finish.
  3. Textured finished surface is 100% aggregated acrylic.
  4. 3" or 4" PVC (schedule 40) pipe is bonded into center of structure.
  5. Steel pipe is inserted during installation, and secured with expanding polymeric resin foam.
  6. Concrete footing (as required by your local law).

Delivery

All structures are custom built to order. A material deposit of 67% is required before fabrication begins. All kits come complete with posts and installation instructions, or we install.   All structures can be shipped in a crate via interstate motor carrier (rates vary state to state, not included).
